King Leopold II is not demonized like Hitler because his victims were Black Africans — and Black lives have never mattered to the people who built their wealth on our suffering. He killed over 20 million innocent Congolese, and oversaw a regime that amputated the hands of countless Africans. Leopold was even buried in a Catholic church. Even worse, Europe still honors this colonial monster with monuments, while his African victims are forgotten. Imagine an African leader doing this to 20 million Europeans. @RabbiJeffx Yes. Under Israeli Penal Law §351(b), penetrative sex by a parent with their child is criminal only if the younger party is under 21 (up to 16 years prison). Once both are 21+, consensual acts are not a criminal offense. No general adult incest ban exists.
