Not given blood for a little while due to an operation and not being able to get a convenient appointment. It’s never great at the beginning of the session but once you have donated it does feel good helping all the little people in the neo natal units should they need it. ❤️

Lenders surprise you sometimes in a good way. Application submitted via a editable pdf application as it is porting and they don’t do porting on their portal. Form emailed to them with supporting docs. 7 days later offer issued @ 90% on £675k 👋👋👋

I spoke with a friend the other day and they told me that they had their phone number stolen! Apparently crooks do this to get around the two point authentication process when they do online purchases! Be careful out there guys.

Gave my 37th pint of blood yesterday. Been a little while since my last due to various issues. If you don’t give blood but you are able to have a look at doing it. It’s an hour of your time every 3 months or so and the benefits to other is immeasurable. Helping others ❤️

Mortgage lender "yes we can extend the term of the mortgage to reduce the £1000 per month extra the mortgage will now cost you however, we will charge a £75 fee for doing that" Doesn't seem right to me!!

7:45 email received. Giving you notice our rates are increasing our rates from Tuesday morning. At least more than two hours notice has been given! Seems to be a race for the highest rate! 🙈
