@thetiebar hi there—I just placed order 13732948 — any way you can change it to rush shipping? I need them by this coming Friday.

@AxeBat Oh my goodness—THANK YOU! Just saw and responded. So appreciate it. My son is new to travel and has a bday next Monday, hence the trigger happy ordering but not knowing the right size. So grateful for y’all’s awesome customer service, and so excited about the bat!

@SerenaandLily I just signed up for emails as a new customer and received an email saying I get 15% off with a code, but no code is listed. I’m confused—can you please help? I’d love to purchase a rug ASAP

@BuschGardensVA I did — nothing, but I did get the confirmation screen online last night. Can you check into it?

@FedEx I’ve sent two direct messages with no replies. I’m looking for tracking number 939088498390 which says it was delivered but never got here — it’s a package from @CrateandBarrel. Please help!

@GoSquirrels — happy new year! My friends and I are already deep in the throes of camp planning, and many are already booking up. When will your kid’s summer camp dates be posted? We have lots of boys interested!!
