23rd August 1977. I was asked in HK what my favourite @LFC goal was. It’s hard to pick one. But one that was important, my first home game at Anfield, against Newcastle. Ray Kennedy put it on a plate for me at the Kop end. That was me up and running…not too fast, mind you!

Very sad to hear of the passing of John Clark. A true Celtic great and a gentleman. One of the legendary Lisbon Lions who brought so much pride to the club and Scottish football. Sending love to his family, friends and everyone at Celtic ahead of his funeral today. RIP YNWA 💚

Football is not important at this sad time. You feel helpless, knowing there’s so little we can do to ease the pain for his wife of just two weeks, his three beautiful children. Thinking and praying for all their loved ones after the devastating loss of both Diogo and Andre. YNWA

30 years since @Rovers won the Premier League. A truly special group of people who all worked together to fulfil Jack’s dream. Time has proven what an incredible achievement this was, to be able to do it at Anfield made it even more memorable for me personally.
