भेल, बाढी र पहिरोको जोखिमयुक्त ठाउँमा रहनु भएका सबैले सुरक्षा सतर्कता अपनाउनु होला, अत्यावश्यक बाहेक लामो दूरीको यात्रामा ननिस्कनु होला। सबै सुरक्षा निकायका सुरक्षाकर्मी साथीहरु आपातकालीन मद्दतका लागि तयारी अवस्थामा रहनु होला। तस्बिर - सामाजिक सञ्जाल
तराईका खेतीयोग्य जमीन मासेर सोलार ऊर्जा उत्पादन गर्ने नेपाल सरकारको कस्तो नीति हो ? त्यसै पनि खेतीयोग्य जमीन कमी छ, अन्न र तरकारी कम भएको कारण लगभग पूर्णत आयातमा निर्भर छ मुलुक । त्यै भएको जमीन पनि मास्ने कस्तो नीति हो ?
जे सुकै अवस्थामा बिदा दिने प्रचलन ले नेतृत्वमा बस्ने हरु ले देशको अर्थ व्यवस्था ध्वस्त पार्ने भए । यिनीहरू ले गर्न सक्ने एउटै काम रहेछ : बिदा दिने । बस् ।
कामनपा ले बजेट खर्च गर्ने नयाँ उपाय निकाले छ । सबै नगरबासी का कम्पाउन्ड वाल रंगाउने ! मतलब बजेट छेलोखेलो रहेछ । हाम्रो प्राथमिकता यही हो त ! कि मैले कुरो नबुझेको !

प्रधानमन्त्रीको यो स्प्ष्ट अभिव्यक्ति पछि संघिय लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्रको विरुद्धमा रहेका दलहरुले नैतिकता छ भने सरकारबाट तत्काल राजिनामा दिनुपर्छ वा आफ्नो अडान परिवर्तन गरी संघिय लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र स्विकार गरेको घोषणा गर्नुपर्छ।
प्रधानमन्त्रीको यो स्प्ष्ट अभिव्यक्ति पछि संघिय लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्रको विरुद्धमा रहेका दलहरुले नैतिकता छ भने सरकारबाट तत्काल राजिनामा दिनुपर्छ वा आफ्नो अडान परिवर्तन गरी संघिय लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र स्विकार गरेको घोषणा गर्नुपर्छ।
ती कर्मचारीलाई पुरस्कृत गर्नुपर्छ जस्ले मिडियाबाट प्रसारित निर्देशन टेरेनन्! लिखित आदेश नआउँदासम्म निर्देशनको भरमा कर्मचारीले काम गर्ने हो भने त सबै मन्त्रीले भएनभएको निर्देशन दिन थाल्छन्! यसै पनि नेपालमा संविधानभन्दा ऐन ठूलो ऐन भन्दा नियम ठूलो र नियमभन्दा निर्देशन ठूलो हुन्छ!!
श्रमिक लगायतले विदेशबाट आउँदा ल्याएको एक आफ्नो र एक उपहार फोन निःशुल्क ल्याउन दिनु पर्छ। त्यसमाथि जतिवटा फोन पनि स्वघोषणा गरेर भन्सार तिरेर ल्याउन पाउनु पर्छ। “जफत” त स्वघोषणा नगरी लुकाएर ल्याएकोलाई मात्र गर्ने हो। तेश्रो फोन “जफत” गर्ने सूचना अति भो। अतिले गर्छ खति!!
वार्षिक ५ लाखको संख्यामा घर आवतजावत गर्नुहुन्छ भन्ने पनि थाहै होला। दुई/तीन व्यापारिक घरानाको स्वार्थमा झिटिगुन्टा सुविधामा गरिएको हेरफेरले सरकारलाई त दुईचार करोड लाभ देखिएला, तर यसले विदेश बस्ने नेपालीमाझ सरकारप्रतिको धारणा -हाक थु- बनेको बुझेर नीतिगत परिवर्तन गर्न अनुरोध छ।

नेपाली लगानी नेपालकै श्रोत, निर्यात, व्यापार सन्तुलन, रोजगारी, तुलनात्मक लाभ सबैकुरा ले राम्रो नेपाली विद्युत उत्पादन प्रति राजनीतिको कुदृष्टि परेछ, एउटा सहसचिवलाई प्यादा बनाएर जलविद्युत क्षेत्रलाई तहसनहस पार्ने प्रतिवेदन ऊर्जामन्त्रीले कसको स्वार्थमा बनाएकी हुन ?
सरकार ले दिने सेवा खुसी साथ प्रदान गर्ने, सेवाग्राही ले फाइल पछि पछि लाग्नु नपर्ने , सरकारले तोकेको भन्दा बढी रकम बुझाउनु नपर्ने, उचित समयमै सेवा पाइने, कर्मचारीले अतिरिक्त रकम को अपेक्षा नगर्ने यस्ता कुनै सरकारी कार्यालयहरु छन् , नेपालमा ?
दशकौ अघि बन्द भएका सरकारी उद्योग पुनः सञ्चालन गर्ने जबरजस्ती हुँदै रहेछ । यी मृत उद्योगहरु सरकारी व्यवस्थापनमा चलाउन खोज्नु भनेको जनताले तिरेको करको थप दुरुपयोग गर्नु मात्र हो । प्रतिफल बिहिन काममा हात नहालेको राम्रो ।

कुल भुभागको झण्डै ४५ % वन क्षेत्रले ओगटेको नेपालमा भौतिक पूर्वाधारका आयोजनाको केहिनकेहि वातावरणीय प्रभाव हुन्छ। त्यसको न्युनिकरण गर्दै वातावरण मैत्री भौतिक संरचना निर्माण गर्नु आजको आवस्यकता हो। तर निजगढ एयरपोर्टमा जस्तै वातावरणीय प्रभावले गर्दा आयोजना नै निषेध गर्नु उपयुक्त हैन।
