If you’re a brand that’s been around for awhile, try using ChatGPT to help you find customer or press testimonials/reviews with sources to use on marketing materials, website pages etc. It’ll get you much farther than a google search

Brands that do wholesale need to take the LTV/CAC playbook from DTC. So important to think about lifetime value of a customer in relation to the cost to acquire them in the first place yet it’s almost never thought of in wholesale

There is a huge disconnect between in-person retail and ecommerce. The more that in-person retail can translate over from ecomm the better, think finding ways to show product reviews, descriptions, having social proof, and product upselling on signage and using technology

Surprised there hasn’t been any creativity around the naming of “Sizes” when it comes to clothing brands. Instead of naming sizes as S/M/L/XL there’s an opportunity to stand out here and do something branded.

If you think ChatGPT is gonna make everyone great writers overnight, remember.. Canva came out a decade ago. And there's still horrible graphic design everywhere. Powerful tools kill the creative middle. If you're average, you're toast. If you're great, you're even better.

A largely untouched category of steaming is of corporate professionals / entrepreneurs streaming their work day via screen share. It’d be like shadowing or just coworking. Some permutation of this. Not sure there is true existing demand but likely the demand needs to be “created”
