@GWRHelp I submitted a complaint about sexual harassment from your staff last week and have had no response over email. Do you have an estimated time to respond?

@GWRHelp experienced #everydaysexism on your train from Cornwall today & it's exhausting. A 'joke' from one of your train staff that 'men don't have to wear masks when eating but women should always wear them'. How are your staff wearing 🌈 lanyards & not undergone D&I training?

@GWRHelp appalling journey today to Liskeard, 49+ minutes delay, on a train half the size it should have been 10 carriages. Many people standing in hallway or sitting between carriages. Total covid risk. Will you be compensating my ticket?????

@IKEAUKSupport No sorry I wasn’t clear they didn’t attempt the delivery. We have an office reception that is manned and so no parcels are ever missed. NO card was left either- obviously fraud by the driver on ‘attempting delivery’. Now have NO info on WHERE my parcel was left or is!!!!
