Congress is not above the Constitution. It has no authority to pass laws beyond the powers granted to it. The Constitution places clear limits on federal power, yet those limits are routinely disregarded. This abuse of authority stems from our nation’s drift away from its founding principles. It is up to American patriots to hold Congress accountable to the Constitution.

After winning a not guilty verdict at trial several months ago in County Court, municipal charges based on the same Officer Tabitha Brown lies were dismissed yesterday. We are 100% successful in fighting tyrant Napoleonic Officer Brown's tyranny. Our client tried to report officers recklessly speeding through a crowded gas station without cause, but Brown refused to take the report and instead escalated the situation by trying to have him trespassed from the car wash. And this Officer is a rookie trainer?! Do better @ArlingtonPD!!

The legal challenge exists before the votes are counted, so the result is pre-contested. The lawyers at the polls create the disputes. The strike supplies the pressure. And one of them admits on video they've been "coordinating." According to the polls, "independent" Dan Osborn is in a toss-up race with Ricketts in Nebraska. Emerson has South Dakota "independent" Brian Bengs within single digits of Mike Rounds. The strategy is to elect enough independents to deny either party a governing majority—and use their votes as leverage for structural reforms. Osborn's 2024 field director, Austen Campbell, laid out the plan: "We have a goal for 2026 to run a slate of independents and deny both political parties the majority in the House of Representatives in hopes of getting an independent speaker."
