@JohnLoc18 Stay strong , think of what you have instead. Fa ily friends. You can rebuild but perhaps write down. Your trade plan and don't deviate. Set stop losses.

@JohnLoc18 Interesting to see you trade. May I ask how far out you go for your puts? The premium for puts are so high. 2 weeks out/ end of March are 108 points at the money and theta decay will erase a lot of that premium
