@JioCare Visited Jio outlet for eSIM issue. Told server is down and come after sometime. But when asked about buying a product, suddenly they can “try” eSIM support. Seriously? What is the solution for users who using eSIM services and my number is down for the last 24 hrs.

@StanChart I've been trying to contact customer support to check the status of my credit card application, but I haven't had any success. I even reached out to the person who processed my application, but there's been no response since the form was submitted.

@IndiGo6E I booked a ticket using 6E Rewards, with 6,098/- paid and points intended for redemption. I received confirmation of the payment and a PNR, but noticed that my points were not debited, though I was charged 200 rupees for points redemption.

#IndiGo6E 18Years of IndiGo means not resolving the customer concerns and least bothered about their issue. If they can't support 6E Rewards it's better to close the co branded services.

@HDFCBank_Cares I've escalated my concern via email to your customer care, but the response has been unsatisfactory, simply directing me to contact the agent. It appears that customer concerns, especially involving small amounts, are not being taken seriously.
