You will fimd these type of roads everywhere in gurgaon which are pending since last 10years or more..but specially with @indiaemaar you will find it very normal. Even Emaar palm hills sector 77 it is the same condition.. builder dont care, @MCManesar is least bothered !

@khurpenchh I wrote to @nitin_gadkari multiple times that these white LED headlamps are making opposite side drivers blind. They can't see anything. Were these ever tested and allowed by the Dept. of Transport to use these lights or is there no law enforcement relating to this? No response.
