I applied for HSBC travel one credit card on 5th September, received default vkyc link same day.. tried vkc twice, the agent said my profile isn't updated from backend, said hsbc agent will call once it's done. After 10 days, not received a single call. Anyone else facing same?

I think the most useless on-call customer support team is Axis Bank. Especially one for burgundy and priority customers. Everytime I face an issue, they'll waste half an hour while confirming it with a team and then tell me to take a screenshot and mail it on Axisbank/support.

I purchased a gold coin from Tanishq through axis grab deals portal which clearly promises 5X edge reward points. Now I didn't get any sms from the axis bank so I contacted the customer care. They are stating that they are not able to see the offer.
