Extremely disappointed with @ackoinsurance Car inspection scheduled today 8–10 AM, no SPOC details shared. Called toll-free 4 times since morning — only told “PI team will reach you” but no action. Ticket raised yesterday, still no resolution! #PoorService #ACKO @ACKOSupport
