Maybe we should do a study to see if we lace up our cleats the same way, too 🤷🏼‍♀️ @NCAASoftball @NCAADII come on now!! Mental health, physical well-being, and opportunities SHOULD NOT be limited to division or gender!!

@NCAADII CARA is equitable across the board bc EQUITY MAKES SENSE. A male/female athlete & a D1/D2 athlete require the same amt. of off days/hr. limitations. Why are championships treated differently? Seems equity is only the standard when there are no financial implications.

@NCAASoftball needs to do better with D2 softball! 3 years @ArmstrongPirate went to the D2 Championships. My body has never hurt like it did that week due to the games per day. Oh and 1 year we had just over 24 hrs between winning super regionals & our flight to Denver @ 4 AM

Reason #1 @NCAADII needs a national tournament 2011 @UAH_SB was the #1 team in the nation while @RollinsSports was #2. Because of the regional format, those two would have played IN SUPER REGIONALS NOT THE CHAMP SERIES NOT TO GET TO THE CHAMP SERIES SUPER REGIONALS

We MUST do better for SA's & Coaches. It's known REST is vital to perform your best, recover, & assist in mental health. Let's allow SA's & Coaches to perform their BEST @ the end of the year just like other sports & divisions and create an incredible experience. Grow the sport.

Please read this thread. How can the NCAA say they want it fair and equal, but not even do that across the board for their DIVISIONS, much less their sports.

@kylee_smith3 @NCAASoftball @NCAADII @NCAA Not to mention D2 baseball is capped at 50 games in a regular season while D2 softball is capped at 56. We already play more games than they do yet they still get 8 days because they supposedly need more recovery time. We should at least get 8 if not 9 days like D1 softball.

This is a bandaid fix. Division 2 women’s softball deserves just as much as the D1 softball. They receive an expansion, and we are just now “maybe” getting 6 days. Plus we can’t even call it a World Series, that’s only for D1 athletes. @NCAA do better for the athletes.
