I actually think more people should take this ‘Gen Z’ approach, because this may just lead to employers creating healthier work environments. I’m all for not responding on weekends, not staying at work extremely late, not enduring minimal sleep. Life is for living, not working.

Interesting post. I wouldn’t say GenZ aren’t resilient. I actually think they’re switched on / set better boundaries when it comes to work life balance. They’ve seen parents overwork with little reward and their refusal to feed into ‘high intensity’ work culture stems from this.
