@youlynew @TheCinesthetic Your words have moved the lonely child within me. I hear you. I hear your pain. I hear your father’s pain. I am sorry he refused to see his own son beyond it. The hurt never really goes away when you’re raised wrong. Here’s to hoping for easier days to pass

@lou_living_life This is my post, actually! Was shocked to see it here, didn’t really think it would get much attention. Glad to see everyone is receptive to it. If anyone wants to share their sentiments here’s the link: reddit.com/r/ZeroCovidCom…

@maddymant It’s hard to be the wet blanket all the time. I don’t ever regret doing it, but I would be lying if I said I don’t see where non-cc ppl are coming from. Been very disappointed with cc twt lately, I wish we were all a little more understanding. Feels so performative lately

@maddymant It’s incredibly isolating. It’s the right choice for my own health, but to pretend like it’s nothing is ignoring reality. It’s hard to be intentional about where I can safely drink water, it’s hard to have nowhere to safely eat my lunch at work out of the cold

@US_Ayyyyyyyy @pijamamagi @CovidDataReport I wonder why it was so low in 2011. The dip occurring at 2021 instead of 2020 is curious, too. Maybe it’s reflective of a common flu strain being eliminated in 2020 like another commenter here said? I imagine it wouldn’t take long for the other strains to compensate, though. Odd.

@gremren_ I have an incredible sense of smell, which luckily I am able to turn off at will with my uvula. If you weren’t aware you could do this, try positioning your mouth as you would just before the letter ‘G’, then simply keep breathing through your mouth in that position

@davidtilstra My favorite is for the first roll to be a con save. It determines what order everybody wakes up and how much they remember before being drugged. Quick way to get into the character’s mindset and their go-to’s in figuring out what happened and consequently establish group dynamic
