In this moment, I choose to let go of whatever it is that is surfacing, I love myself for it being there and I love myself for letting go.

Not everything needs to make sense, not everything needs to be handled a specific way. Letting go can be as simple or complicated as you chose to make it.

It’s easy to become obsessed with needing to know what it is. Needing to know what lifetime its from or if it’s inherited etc. but none of that will support me as much as being willing to feel it and let it go.

But I don’t know much else, and the truth is… I don’t need too. I can simply accept something is bubbling up to the surface to release and support it in the ways I’m guided.

Over the last few days I have felt something deep healing inside of me. Old outdated trauma and timelines that no longer serve me.

In the moment I felt myself being hugged and I shed a few tears and heard “love is eternal, energy never dies.”

All I could do was laugh and smile because I was driving to the chiropractor.

As I turned my head on the radio Meghan Trainor’s lyrics: “Bet I made you look (I made you look) I'll make you double take soon as I walk away Call up your chiropractor just in case your neck break”

Pulling up to a light I felt his energy on my left and turned in that direction.

As I was driving this morning a car pulled in front of me with a license plate with the initials of one of my angels.

Minutes later I feel asleep. The next morning I was reminded what had happened when my sister told me her shoulder no longer hurt. A week later I was introduced to a Reiki practitioner. My soul was remembering.

After a few more minutes I felt called to remove my hand - as I did the energy of lightning ⚡️ crackled through my fingers like it had many times before. Only this time I felt completely zapped.

20 minutes went by with my hand on her shoulder and my hand began to get very hot. Both my sister and I noticed but she said it felt good so I left it.

I remember the first time I consciously provided healing. My sisters shoulder hurt and she asked me to put my hand on it. It was a simple request. I said yes.

It wasn’t Reiki or any other modality that made me a healer. They simply helped me remember who I have always been.

Ask yourself where you can invite more light into your emotional, spiritual, mental and physical practices and space. Now is the time to amplify that energy into the Universe.

It is time to let go and let God, new experiences are showing up… look to them with positivity and optimism. Keep an open mind, we are in a powerful moment.
