@MTNNG This is unacceptable. MTN FlyX order on September 1st. Today is September 15th, 14 days later. Delivery timeline is 7 - 14 days, yet I have received ZERO communication regarding this. No update. No explanation. No delay notification. Just 14 days of complete silence.

@Web3Igwe @ChubbyIam @MTNNG Guy nothing. They can’t even register a sim for me to get it because there is no serial number. Both 217 and 300 kept saying they will reach out and never did.

Only for your customers care representative to say she knows nothing of FlyX. @MTNNG How would you either get my FlyX to me or make a refund fast so I can go do business with an organised service provider.
I made payment for the FlyX and I was told to visit any MTN store to register a sim and complete registration. I went to your store at the University road, Ilorin. The staffs there knows nothing about FlyX, they haven’t heard of it. I called your customer care service
