We started hiring a few weeks ago, and now we are a team of more than 10. And honestly, are you even a founder, if you don’t find it satisfying to see people around you grow? The building. That’s the part that makes me proud!🤍
“Ye un dino ki baat hai..” When 10 people used to sit around TV to watch a cricket match We didn’t even realise what we were building It just happened that we found people who liked the same things, thought the same way & enjoyed having conversations,✨
We didn’t want a room full of people listening. We wanted a room where people would interrupt each other, argue and challenge each other. And that’s what we did. It was an honour to have created a space like that!
Ever heard of observer effect? It means observing can affect what happens inside a system And we think there is an interesting parallel in community building! Because you can design the room, create the conditions. But you can’t force two people to become each other’s people🫱🏻🫲🏼
Can AI actually help us hire better? And with that question, yesterday, we put together 20 talent leaders in one room and asked them that. One table, one question and one room. A huge congratulations to the team for pulling off “Hiring Shift” in collaboration w @WelspunWorld
Are you even co-founders if your desk doesn't have their kid's picture on it? Yes, that's our Co founder’s office desk. Yes, that's a picture of their child playing. Yes, we STAN🤍 #entrepreneurship
Humans are a little more like gas molecules. They move, bump into each other, change direction. That’s something I think we forget when we design communities. Not every interaction needs to be facilitated. Sometimes we just need to create space for people to find each other:
The neighbourhood aunty network might be one of India’s most underrated communities. No app, no algorithm , not even strategies. Just trust + familiarity + showing up in the same place often enough. Maybe that’s why these communities work.
