There’s no doubt. Being an #England fan is equally as painful as being a #LeafsForever fan. #FRAENG

What a great night. Marner loses the #Stanleycup and maybe Rob Maclean gets fired for making a date rape drug joke.

You know what they call the #StanleyCup leading scorer when he doesn’t win the cup? LOSER!!! Fuck you Marner.

@burnsieoriginal Your guys are young, on great contracts, with so many prospects waiting in the wings. Gonna be a force for years to come. Most #Leafs fans are clueless, thinking a 1st overall pick will cure their disease. Some of us know better!!

No #StanleyCup final games to be played in Florida since before any of us heard of Covid.

Realistically Chayka got the role because none of the higher calibre candidates were willing to kneel to Pelley’s absurd vision. Chayka would likely do whatever Pelley wanted just to get a job no matter how much of a fantasy. He’ll be Pelley’s puppet. Not good. #Leafs

Chayka oversaw 4 drafts for coyotes. In 2016 he made decent 1st round picks in Keller and Chychrun. 2017 was a disaster. 2018 was underwhelming with a wasted Barrett Hayton 5th overall and nothing else of note. 2019 yielded….matias Maccelli!! So he can’t draft. Yippee!! #Leafs

Let me get this straight. #LeafsForever hired a search firm to find a guy whose only experience was a 4 year failure compounded by a league imposed suspension for conduct detrimental to the league and forfeited draft picks for rules violations. That’s John Chayka. Yikes.
