@kory21235 @austinbeckward @KnicksMuse I never understand this mentality with fans, surely a mid team by definition would mean middle of the pack. Knicks had 8th best record. A mid team would be closer to the .500 mark

@AdamskiFFC @tattlefulh19075 @WhiteNoise1879 @TBTee1 @MeadowcroftRob You would think but from the club’s perspective they just make the Principal contractor responsible for the risk

@tattlefulh19075 @AdamskiFFC @WhiteNoise1879 @TBTee1 @MeadowcroftRob In his defence Kaicer were a subcontractor of Buckingham group who were the main contractor, therefore Buckingham groups choice as they would have chosen them

@AdamskiFFC @TBTee1 @MeadowcroftRob @WhiteNoise1879 It’s such common practice in the industry. investment groups, Phoenix companies etc. it’s almost harder to find a SC without a history like that will compete at that tier of project. As we all know the cheapest price will win 90% of the time

@MeadowcroftRob @WhiteNoise1879 Obviously covid played a part but also the sheer amount of logistics obstacles involving the delivery and installation of material via the river (crane time etc). If you’re interested. constructionnews.co.uk/financial/fulh…

@MeadowcroftRob @WhiteNoise1879 Buckingham group the PC recorded losses due to the project. I know the main façade contractor Kaicer went under during the project, which considering the sheer amount of curtain walling on the stand would of been catastrophic to the project. I heard from the contractor that.. 1/2

@FPL_tyke @PlanetFPLPod Main facade subcontractor went bust and the main contractor made a 14.2m loss. Evidently under estimated the cost of delivering material by boat and partially installing off barges on the Thames. COVID didn’t help
