I'm currently dining on Mellow Mushroom's Kosmic Karma pizza while doing some last minute studying. How's that for multi-tasking??

@cmarocco Maybe the other two bardos are less significant or definable than the standard four.

@uvatb0933 Do aborted beings have any opportunities to improve their karma?

#tbexam Support or Refute - The choices Shabkar makes during his spiritual journey are in the best interest of the souls of others.

@cth7k Two possible reasons - pilgrimage should be for everyone, regardless of status, or for the sake of making more money.

@uvatb0933 Do pilgrimages on horseback/car mean less because your body isn't actually touching the ground (unlike prostrating/walking)?

@uvatb0933 What effect would a dramatic change to the landscape of a sacred mountain have on the actual meaning of it?

@clintfuller My instinct is to say no - I don't think that Tibetan descended from Latin, and I believe that Latin descended from Celtic(?)

@djk4w I'd say it's a projection of his feelings about losing the most important female figure in his life.

@uvatb0933 What determines if a deity will take a peaceful or a wrathful form? Is it the nature of the vision, or something else entirely?

@cth7k Mountains could be viewed as sacred because of their magnitude, or maybe they can be perceived as a place of solitude and retreat.

@uvatb0933 If deities live in and take the form of mountains (ch. 3 of Huber), does any deity yoga involve picturing oneself as a mountain?

My friends and I were looking at anagrams for our names, and mine was "Felled Yogins."

@uvatb0933 About reciprocal retribution, isn't human apology similar to compassion and wouldn't that give you karma? It says it's pre-karmic

@amb4yh I think that ideally there would be a large, extended family group but if not maybe close neighbors and friends who are like family

@uvatb0933 Why is it worse to sacrifice animals for a spiritual purpose, but it's not against Buddhist practice to eat meat for the self?
