If deemed fit the issue of CAPF Officers' Human Resource being effectively utilized in Strategic and Tactical on ground research May be considered for deliberations. Presently the gamut of experience is left untapped, struggling with requests to IMPLEMENT OGAS VERDICT of the SC.

There are Services like the CAPFs with long pending demands of service rights, career progression. Rather than taking remedial measures after joint consultations, even in the wake of SC judgements, there is a stalemate. Attention Required. IMPLEMENT OGAS VERDICT #OGAS2CAPF
