@linakhanFTC @FTC Huge news, get rid of them, they are used by companies to “put employees into place” and scare everyone else! I have seen employers literally ruin peoples financial lives just to scare other employees from leaving! Get rid of non competes

@linakhanFTC @FTC Huge news for many industries. My particular focus is the healthcare space, and specifically #dialysis, where restrictive NCAs harm patients, workers, nephrologists, taxpayers. Fingers crossed the final rule does away with them.
@linakhanFTC @FTC Would it be possible for the “worker” definition to expressly include customers who “pay to work” for e.g. big AI companies? If AI users can’t teach other AI with output paid for & “assigned,” then how do we avoid AI monopoly? Sharing AI output is speech, or not?
