if you're an agency owner and you're still relying on manual cold outreach, then you're already cooked lol

the biggest thing about this AI shift is that people that are adapting and are using it daily are scaling fast and everyone else are being left behind lol.

ABOUT ME: I finally made the tough call to go all on business My name is King Brown, and this is the scariest decision ive ever made. Even as of now, im thinking, will I succeed? 3 years ago i quit my 9/5 grind to learn business I took all my savings and invested it all in my education learned about sales, direct response copywriting, and media buying Then decided to start my own business. tbh, sometimes it feels like i dont tf im doing but one thing i know for certain is… im never the type to run away because its hard. I always find a way. everything i have, i have built thru sacrifice, discipline, and commitment.

The devil is scared of you man. He is so fucking scared of you man. He knows. He knows that if I allow this mf to keep going, and keep doing what he's doing, he's gonna achieve it all. He's gonna become successful. So what does he do, he tries to block your path with all these different obstacles, challenges, limitations... and yet you turn all that as motivation. You turn and use all that as inspiration to become better, to find other paths to the same goal you're pursuing. Each stud, each fall, you come back stronger, better, smarter. The devil is screaming right now, "what the fuck is wrong with this dude mehhhhn, why can't he just fucking quit." And please whatever you do, don't quit. I'm telling you, someday, the devil is goin to be like, fuck you man... I've wasted enough time tryna get you, same time I could have used to get other souls, I've wasted it tryna get you alone, fuck you, you can have it, I'm done with you mf. And that is the day you win. So no matter what, DON'T FUCKING! QUIT.

If a prospect books a call with you and doesn't show up, here's what to do to get them to buy. Every founder running ads has been here. It’s frustrating, but it’s just part of the game. But please, whatever you do, do NOT send an angry voice note screaming at them for missing the call. I actually saw a founder do this once. It was… memorable (and by memorable, I mean terrible). Don't be that person. Here’s what to do instead: Rule #1: Play it cool. Acting out of anger tells the lead that you need the sale more than you care about solving their problem. Desperation is a vibe, and it’s a bad one. Stay calm. If you act needy, they’ll never trust you enough to buy. Rule #2: Be the "Value" person. They didn't show up. Maybe their dog ate their homework 😃, or maybe they just got busy. Instead of a guilt trip, send a follow-up that solves one of their specific problems. Be helpful, not annoying. Rule #3: The low-stakes pivot. Make an offer that doesn't feel like a heavy commitment. This lowers their guard, builds trust, and makes it way easier for them to re-engage with you later. Why does this work better? When they miss a call, they already feel guilty. When you respond with kindness and free value instead of anger, you prove you aren’t just hunting for their wallet, you are actually here to help. Use this framework to re-engage them: "Hey [Firstname], no worries at all if you couldn't make the call. I'm here to help, not pressure you. If you still want to solve [Goal], here is my calendar link. If the timing isn't right, no stress, I'll still be #1 fan." I have a 5-part automated sequence that does this for you automatically. It retargets lost leads and brings them back into your pipeline. If you want the sequence, DM me "SCALE" and I’ll send it over. 👇

How To Get 10X More Replies From Your Cold Outreach If you're reaching out to prospects saying, "Hey, I build websites," or "I run Facebook ads," you've already lost. Your market is too sophisticated. They’ve heard it a thousand times, tried it once, and didn't get results. If your current strategy consists of buying shared junk leads or relying on manual cold calling, you are competing on volume instead of value. You can’t out-proof established competitors by doing the exact same thing they do. Instead, you must out-offer them. This requires two things: a New Mechanism and Risk Reversal. Stop relying on tired ads. Shift to an automated SMS system that reaches your target audience directly and cuts through the noise. Then, remove the barrier to entry completely. A truly irresistible offer means you only pay for results, completely eliminating the upfront financial risk that useless retainers carry. When you change the mechanism and reverse the risk, predictable scaling and dominating your local market becomes a mathematical certainty. If you are sick and tired of paying marketing agencies upfront retainers for $0 in return, send me a DM with the word "SYSTEM" and I will show you how to fix it.

This is the one mistake I see most business owners make when it comes to marketing and generating real qualified leads for their business Most founders believe the secret to scaling is constantly testing new marketing channels. They try SEO, switch to Facebook, jump to TikTok, and quit when it doesn’t work instantly. The truth? Almost any channel works if you stick with it long enough to solve the full funnel. Stop hiring random agencies and walking away. When we scaled to $100k/month in ad spend, we realized agencies only see the dashboard, not the backend CRM data. You must get involved and feed that data back to them. Stop ignoring speed-to-lead. We increased our sales by 20% simply by relentlessly shrinking the time it took to call a new lead. Optimize the entire pipeline. Marketing isn't just about cost-per-lead; it's about lead-to-appointment, appointment-to-close, and close-to-referral. Do one thing really well before moving to the next. If you want to add 40-60 exclusive leads to your pipeline this month without risking a dime upfront, comment 'SYSTEM' below and I'll send you the exact blueprint.

Sometimes you just gotta give yourself some credit and appreciate how far you've come and the steady efforts you've been putting in.

@thekevinfinley The goal isn't to scale, it's to scale without interruption. This is straight up fact. You gotta have system that does the heavt lifting in autopilot
