Insurance is a scam business in india..... People don't understand that not everyone has the mental strength to fight so many years when dearest one dies. ...they are already broke...There is no one to support there. These companies uses that gap and delay or reject claims. Also , very less people have funds to fight legal cases. Be assured that claims will be rejected by x,y,z reasons. It is 100% granted. Of course , they will pass low sum claims to increase their CSR....Anyway I have surrendered my LIC policy long before and during surrender also they were delaying the amount...I have closed it.

@DFS_India @DARPG_GoI @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia Opening a PNB Savings Account is a serious mistake. My Spouse tried to open a FD in PNB One App , it failed. We reached PNB mobile helpdesk [email protected] they said to visit Branch for KYC . App shows KYC is complete and up to date. It is a serious hassle with PNB to open FD. We don't have the time to travel to Branch leaving our office work and busy schedules. We are willing to move to other Banks if the online convenience is not here.
