@Verizon you need to give Wanda a promotion. I'm not even joking. She's everything.

@Verizon Wanda was lovely. Hoping her baton hand off to Bernard is a smooth one. I've never ever experienced anything like this as a customer. Ever.

@AsurionCares -- @Verizon has now tossed my hot potato to you. But you won't take my call because of a PIN snafu. Help. This ultimately falls back on you.

Currently developing choreography to @Verizon's hold music. That'll happen after a few hours.

There isn't enough chocolate in the universe to soothe the pain of @Verizon and its inability to unlock a phone it locked but shouldn't have. omg. I've given birth three times but this is actually painful.

Not unlocking a phone that shouldn't be locked feels like a legit hostage situation @Verizon. I'm super pulling for Wanda right now. She seems determined. Let's do this, Wanda.

The jazz-funk on-hold music for @Verizon is giving me a needed edge right now... But, I've never had to wait on hold for @Mintmobile yet, so I can't compare. I've also never needed edge for #mint, so.

Michelle at @Verizon called me "doll," which was cute. Wanda was kind and called me "ma'am." Some other guy told me this "happens too often," and Katie never called us back. Oh, the first girl sent us to a wrong number. Huh.

@Verizon is the only place that can unlock our locked device, even though it shouldn't be locked but no one knows how to unlock it. This is what hell feels like -- insanity.

I don't tweet, like, ever. But #Verizon is bringing me to my knees as I try to transfer to @Mintmobile — I need a (super)hero it seems.
