很多人看到老坛酸菜觉得恶心，其实那就是古法酿造嘛。我给你们说传统食品就没几个合格的，尤其是没有经过现代食品工业改造过的。至于脚丫子并不是重点，很多食品制造业都在用，比如大名鼎鼎的茅台啦。只不过茅台用未婚小姑娘踩，于是就成了文化，老坛酸菜找糙老爷们儿，那太恶心了。😄🤢😷
