Just found out one of my friends/gay crush/awesome dancer just started a liquid diet. Why can't I be more like him? Following suit tomorrow.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and gratuitous snuggling with the pup. Good day.
The funny thing is old habits die hard, but old eating habits die harder. Gained a metric ton before I got it together. Glad to be back.
All I do these days is work, eat 1 meal, and sleep. You'd think I'd lose. But I haven't. Pissed. I wish I could look like these Korean gals
So much for motivated. And I can't lax for the next few days. This sucks. But it's my own fault. Wish I wasn't such a stupid fat pig.
Weighed this morn and I hit tomorrow's goal today! So motivated right now maybe I'll finally hit a gw by this month.
This fast isn't working. But laxed today. Things will be better tomorrow. Just gotta keep busy.

Amazing what little it takes to get me back here. I've been fine for about 4 months and today was just a death spiral. Hating myself now.
Almost broke the fast because the food mom brought home smelt amazing. But I seriously can't smell it now. Thanks, coffee.
I need to stop abusing laxatives. I need to but I know I won't. So long as I don't have anything going on the next day, I take them.
Today is a record for the year. All I've had so far is coffee, diet coke, and cigarette. Later is coffee, coke, and Vicodin. Maybe lax tea.
Nooo!! The battery on my scale died. Fuck. Hate when this happens. Need to go shopping tomorrow anyway.
Omigod. It hurts so much. All the food I ate feels like its sitting in me like a rock. This is disgusting. Running to my stash of laxis.
Oh god. It's 3am and I'm in complete panic mode. I binged and now I've just found out we're getting measured for dresses on Friday. Kill me.
The goal is to lose at least 10 pounds every month before my big dance competition. If I can, then I'll get under my GW2. Fingers crossed.
