I would go as far to say you should start from the ground 🆙 Dorsi/mobility of the big toe ➡️ plantar fascia strength/length ⬆️ ankle stability/strength ⬆️ lower shank strength/endurance ⬆️ knee stability ⬆️ hips/trunk strength/mob ⬆️ cognition ↔️ upper ext function
