I like that Alex was already smiling on the way out of the court. It feels like gratitude. She is competitive but grounded. She really is the patron saint of moving on. Now take some rest then work on that serve. 😝😝😝

We’re still proud of you, our little girl with ruffled socks, light up shoes, and chubby cheeks. You did great! #AlexEala🇵🇭 #Wimbledon

This is not the win that you think it is. The condescending tweet reeks of social classism.

@TheTennisPanda @SteadyStreams24 Precisely. A few big wins is not a WTA title. So this is why every win seems like it gets her closer to her dreams? Why is she not allowed to celebrate that?

@Andra_nelli18 @jessica4stein So tell me what the rules are. You can cry quietly just as long as you don’t lie down or kneel? Does she have tk wait for people to leave, too? Is she allowed to scream? Is there a decibel level that is acceptable? Who approves this book of rules?

Sa mga galit kay tots, same ba tayo ng pinapanood? She’s the 2nd scorer. She’s been excellent in her floor defense. She’s been a great help in their net defense. She has multiple serves that resulted to over passes sa cignal. May mga errors siya, dapat ba perfect? #PVL2026
