@rianjohnson @steveyedlin Anyone know if there’s a way to set 9:16 portrait aspect ratio without the app forcing a landscape orientation?

@BaconOTPeople @PepperKittyCat0 @AlecStapp You’re not gonna believe me but they explore this very bias about the film being from Nathan’s perspective within the film itself

@BaconOTPeople @AlecStapp The documentary is self-aware of this though. It isn’t really about trying to relitigate the truth but exploring how these people warp others into their alternate reality including even the filmmakers themselves (which, again, is alluded to in the doc).

@jimmythelazy @IljaRedacted @leosghost415 So if we’re referring to the AI slop cartoon, is owning a Stanley cup and Sephora makeup a part of life under capitalism that you simply can’t avoid?

@GEvans96 Complaining about Fossil Fools being heavy-handed is the same complaint Tom Cruise’s character has about the play. But you’re watching the movie about the play, not the play.

@GEvans96 The climate change disaster can be interchanged with any other human-made catastrophe but the play and how it’s conceived by its director and actors and received by the audience within the movie is commentary on how we consume political art/satire itself.

Anybody earnestly attempting to engage in Digger discourse on Twitter is a moron The character limit bro. The character limit.

@MetaReflexive The film starts by assuming we all already agree these powerful men are horrible. The interesting it says is how we allow them to get away with it.

@MetaReflexive The forces are outside of our control and yet we keep buying the things they sell us, manufactured through said forces. Look at how much everyone is freaking out about inflation bc of the war in Iran, which has actually reduced our oil usage.

@sgcafan @CarlosCMTF Do they? Because those reviews (and you) keep talking about climate change when that’s not really the main point of the film. You’re watching Fossil Fools, not Digger.

@MapsAfrican Shouldn’t the squares in the top and bottom be slimmer to account for the Mercator projection?

@rattlerjack @XH_Lee23 The US just moved out its only remaining aircraft carrier in the Pacific. Ignorance is conservative.

@rahul @MorePerfectUS It should be 161 inaccurate alerts divided by N total alerts; if you wanted to divide by the total number of plate reads, you need the total number of innaccurate plate reads even if they didn’t generate an alert. High school-level arithmetic/stats.

@NancyMace Or maybe instead of an old couple occupying a whole house they don’t need anymore, they can just sell it (for a massive profit mind you) to younger generations who need housing and can afford to pay those taxes.
