It was a great Saturday at the NY State Track & Field Championships! Congrats to Lawrence Joyner and Marina Scott on their strong performance and shoutout to Marina for earning state and federation medals on the Section 9 Intersectional Relay

What a night for FDR TF as three school records fell in NYC at the Armory! Congrats to Jordyn Jones, (long jump), Marco Quinteros (300m), and Noah Tarkos (high jump) for their amazing nights and to Marina Scott for qualifying for Nationals in the 300m!

Sanaiya Whitted had 11 kills, four aces, six digs and seven service points to lead the FDR volleyball team in a 25-14, 21-25, 25-22, 25-19 win over Lourdes. Marina Scott had 19 assists, two blocks and seven kills, and Emma Bodo had seven kills, two aces and eight service points.

Made some mistakes I can’t change, but I changed so I won’t make the same mistakes.

I actually lose interest when I see myself trying harder than you.
