Everybody gets down sometimes. Just remember - when life gives u lemons, hold em in one arm while you chase a quarterback down and pin them to the ground with the other. Rub em in his eyes while he apologizes for ever tryin to throw a pass. It's the #MackWay

Easy to hate on reporters for stickin their nose where it don't belong in Roquan's personal business, but we gotta look in the mirror. How many of us drove the clicks for all their articles? It's up to all of us to be responsible and value what's important in life- murdering QBs.

Took the dog for a walk six hours ago. Still poopin. Gonna be a good Sunday.

Legos are the best toy to get a kid. They teach life's most important lesson: that blocks can be easily split and are only annoyances you feel underfoot.

Luck will be missed. The greatest glory comes from hunting the most dangerous game. That's one less QB to have the honor of driving three feet into the ground.

In Mack's opinion, training camp is misnamed. If you ain't running full speed into oncoming trains, you can't take that name. That's why Mack is so focused on offseason training. Lineman just don't pose a challenge anymore.

Mack doesn't get the appeal of crowd surfing. Have y'all even tried crowd swim-moving? Way better. Well, not for them.

Some #MackTrivia: Mack's last name is what it is because Mack's family is descended from a semi truck. Macks are like the Targaryens of the NFL, but instead of being fire-proof, we're block-proof.

Sometimes, Mack likes nothing more on a cold day than to curl up next to the fireplace with a blanket, a hot chocolate, and a 300-page photo album of quarterbacks being violently sacked.

Mack's been banned from most basketball games. Something happens when Mack sees a ball in somebody's hands. Everything goes red. Suddenly Mack's in an endzone with a ball in hand and someone's blood all over. It's best for everybody that Mack stays away.

A day spent not destroying QBs is a day wasted.

Cold weather means you overheat less. It's the most efficient weather to destroy QBs in. You can demolish em all day and not break a sweat. It's Mack approved weather.

Bowling is a game Mack can respect. It requires a combination of coordination and power to violently knock over as many things in front of you as possible. You gotta have vision and know your angles. Only downside is, no tackling.
