Snacking is the enemy. (Assuming you’re trying to lose weight)
Getting in shape is simple, not easy. Know the difference.
When looking for recipes to prep, aim to hit this macro breakdown on average per serving. Calories: 500-600 Protein: 40-50g Carb: 40-50g Fat: 15-20g This should allow you to hit daily goals with main meals and still allow for a snack or two.

Another good breakfast shake idea I’ve done for years 1 scoop @huel black powder 1 scoop whey protein powder 6 oz 2% milk (or lactaid) Macros: 450 cal 52g protein 29g carbs 15g fat
I might be late to the game on this but adding a scoop of clear/unflavored protein powder to your pre-workout is a great way to get another 20-25G of protein.
To breakfast or not breakfast? Eat a hearty breakfast to fuel your day (unless you’re fasting). Shakes are the easiest way to get a high protein meal to start your day. Try 2 scoops of #kachava, 1 scoop protein powder and 6 oz milk to get a filling ~50G protein breakfast.

When meal prepping, try to make things that reheat with the same texture as when you first made them. Like pastas, bakes, etc.
Motivation is fleeting. Humans are inherently lazy. Create systems to force yourself into patterns and eliminate the need for motivation.
