I had to delete a tweet I made earlier, because some random porn bot retweeted me, and I couldn't disassociate myself from their scammy presence in any other way. I have no problem with legitimate people in that industry, mind you. I have a problem with botted exploitative fakes.

Waking up with a powerful creative upsurge, knowing without a doubt that I could drop 5000 words on my book by lunchtime. Instead, I drive to work to write a quick start guide and a user manual. #feelsbadman At least I get these creative surges often.

Here's a line I enjoyed writing that was a bit too on the nose and pop-culturally anchored to be useful: 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈 “What kind of ‘games’ are you talking about, Jonathan?” I asked, “Hunger? Squid?” My stomach longingly rumbled its punctuation for each question. 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

I read The Girl Who Owned a City by O.T. Nelson when I was in middle school & LOVED it. I later reread it, but it was an edition that had significant edits made to it. I liked the first edition better, though I didn't regret buying the second. #TheGirlWhoOwnedACity #OTNelson
