...listen to this song..meditate on the words...there are so many people in our lives (as well as us) that are in different places and stages...fearful...needing peace...needing encouragement...healing...a thankful heart of worship... "Build My Life" youtu.be/QZW4_8_zCBE
Enrique Hernandez (LA Dodgers) did something no one has ever done before. He hit an 0-2 pitch for a homerun off LHP Josh Hader (96 MPH)...match the plane, keep it short

Swingtherapy topic: -Drive your back knee to the ball or "squash the bug"? -Two hands on the bat or release bottom hand? You decide.
(keep it simple) and just "Hit it Hard" said Astros slugger, George Springer, who had this to say after he hit his 2nd home run of the game (giving him 10 post season home runs and making history):
The NY Yankees broke the MLB record for most home runs by a team in a single season. SS Gleyber Torres hit the record breaking 265th home run of the season; which also gave every starter in the Yankees line up a min of 20 home runs (wow!). Torres humility is refreshing:
Milwaukee Brewers All-Star and Triple Crown candidate, Christian Yelich (and his teammates) play today to determine their post season path; a season of hard work hangs in the balance of the outcome of one game - the last game on the schedule. Proof that every game matters:
I always appreciate (and encouraged) when indivduals, not just professional athletes, are bold in their faith. Kudos to Steph Curry for sharing Why he plays the game and Where he gets his strength. I challenge men of Faith and Believers to do the same. @StephenCurry30 #stephcurry
No agenda or politics here. We all need to be poured into. The select ball, travel ball, club ball culture is out of control and creating an epidemic. Little League is not broken. Educate yourselves on the Process. Let's #MakeLittleLeagueGreatAgain @realDonaldTrump
