Wellcare medicaid is gone. I was placed in another plan but because @scmedicaid doesn't have my new address and they can't update manually I CAN'T SEE A DOCTOR OR GET MEDICINE! I have ongoing medical problems both physical and mental. I can't get my new insurance cards!

They're CLAIMING their hands are tied! It's not like I DON'T have medical insurance! I do! They aren't giving me access to my governmental medical insurance @scmedicaid where are my medical cards?!? I need medical care and medication!

The medicaid system in South Carolina is antiquated. The representatives are lazy, rude, with no compassion. I can't get my medical cards and therefore no medication or medical assistance because they're not doing their jobs @scmedicaid this is unfair and unjust!

I can't get medical attention or medication because @scmedicaid is giving me the runaround. They haven't updated my address blaming @SocialSecurity for mix up when social security has my info. I need surgical attention and pain management, mental health care. They don't care!
