The new MCP docs in Cursor CLI section is great: cursor.com/docs/cli/mcp Would be great to also have some --allowed-tools flag that will whitelist only several tools. This will allow to build complex agentic workflows without filling the context with extra tools.

You can specify exactly which tools to use from an MCP server directly in your mcp.json config Useful when working with multiple MCPs to avoid overwhelming the agent with too many tools.
