The mining industry is the most profitable sector... And no one seems to care. Mining as a percentage of portfolio allocations sits at just 1%. At the same time, it is becoming increasingly clear that inflation will be the defining theme for at least this decade. During the inflationary 70s, you either owned hard assets or you were left behind. I expect history to repeat itself.
Big Tech wants to own copper mines. Just like Amazon built its own delivery network... Tech giants are now asking for equity in mines to lock in future supply. Why this is a huge turning point + what the shift means:👇
Act like your future self. "Don't act like the person you used to be. Act like the person you're gonna become. And I promise you that mental mind shift alone will carry you forward."
My guest today is @RyanSerhant, founder of SERHANT and star of Netflix’s Owning Manhattan. We talk about the psychology of getting noticed, earning trust, and becoming the person people choose. 00:00 Intro 02:19 Get Chosen Before You’re Established 10:03 Why Sellers Should
Copper is plunging as the AI bubble starts popping. People seem to believe AI is the main driver of copper demand... They are wrong. The main drivers are electrification and renewables, both of which continue to grow. With or without AI, there is no way we can close the copper supply deficits over the next 5 years. We don't own enough copper for what's coming.
☠️ The #uranium supply Grim Reaper is knocking…
The Semiconductor Value Chain
The long-term issue is brutally simple: Construction costs are so high that many developments no longer stack up. Fewer projects means fewer homes, while demand keeps coming. Until government fixes supply, that imbalance remains. #housingcrisis #realestateaustralia

#Copper - BMO Capital Markets has raised its long-term copper price forecast 47% to $16,000 a metric ton in real terms, or $18,000 nominal by 2030.
There is no better time to invest in copper exploration or mining stocks than right now.
We need to mine as much copper in the next 18 years as we have mined in the past 10,000 years, which is 700-800 million tonnes... and that's without the AI demand. Including AI demand, @BMO estimates we need ~35,000 tonnes of copper per gigawatt of installed data centre
Mind control is the result of self-discipline. You either control it or it will control you. Bruce Leroy was asked: Who's the master? He finally realized he was and his answer was: I AM!!!!

Copper is about to become the most important metal for humanity. Demand is expected to jump 50% by 2040 & the world isn't ready. On Thursday, I went on Fox Business to explain why. The case for copper + why this is only the start: 🧵
All the fraud and artificial house price inflation in Australia is now unwinding.
