部下が成果を出せない原因は 「能力が低い」というのは 間違ってることが多い 環境変えると爆伸びする子とかザラにいる 放置と裁量は紙一重で 見極めを誤れば あなたへの信頼は無関心に変わり 気づいたら組織からいなくなってる

目標が数字だけだと人は動きにくい その目標が何で「追いかけたい」ものか 意味づけやストーリーがないと動かない KPIはただの指標であり これを意味ある数字だと納得させるのが マネージャーの仕事
