Yearly rant is over. But stay posted for the change cus this ain’t healthy. I have grown so much and still grateful for the opportunities I have but it’s hard to see that when you’re in that stressful environment.

I have taken breaks to go get my bag working local contracts and always find myself going back. Most of the people I started with and learned from are gone. The morale is on the floor and truthfully it’s not fun anymore. I don’t care to see the craziest cases.

Seeing this a year later is actually crazy. Starting off year 4 and what a turn of events. I hate the hospital that I used to be so proud of working at. The first few years I didn’t care and would get new jobs no problem, and this one for some reason I’m struggling to leave
