This is the story of Ma San San Maw, a woman who was victim of an explosive device two decades ago and now repairs prostheses in communities affected by armed conflict in Myanmar 🇲🇲. icrc.createsocialcard.top/jnswpq

@united nine months later and still waiting for the refund promised by your representatives. Get someone to reply to emails at least!

With proof that my bag was lost for a month and @united is breaching their own policy: If we're unable to find your bags after five days, we'll pay you $1,500 per bag for the value of the bags and its contents without requiring documentation

@united A month later and still waiting… With proof of approved compensation, all necessary documents sent already, and still haven’t heard back. This 7-month-long story is ridiculous. Equip your team to handle customers as they deserve.

@united Let’s start with getting an answer on any of the emails I have sent. That’d be a change. You have the compensation email subjects and corresponding case numbers in a dm.

@united still ignoring emails… masters at that. Again, you offer compensation on YOUR website. No one is asking for anything that hasn’t already been offered by you.

@USDOT Can any passenger, regardless of their nationality, file a complaint form against @united airlines? This has been dragged out for way too long. Thank you in advance.

@united @Tobi70121163 @Tobi70121163 really sorry to hear this but I wouldn’t expect anything from @united. It’s been six months and I’m still waiting for a compensation I am entitled to since Sep 5. Result? They closed my claim. Good luck

@LoukiaBoem @unitedAirlines_ @eutravelrights @united @united If your representative gave the wrong information while your website stated otherwise (which is why we contacted you), then this is an unfair comercial practice and the ticket a faulty product. Please take responsibility and refund this ticket.

@LoukiaBoem @unitedAirlines_ @eutravelrights @united a couple of weeks ago they said they would refund us and they didn’t. Take responsibility! The information that was given was wrong and it was given from your representatives.

The French crew of Aegean did it again! They are currently denying passengers of flight A3613 to board with a carry on and a personal item when it is still clearly stated that it is permitted by their terms and conditions. Get your shit straight @aegeanairlines

@ameli_actu est-il toujours possible d’envoyer les feuilles de soin par mail? Si oui, ça se fait comment exactement? Merci

@AviancaEscucha Sorry, but you haven’t. The only messages I get are from customer service employees asking over and over what is the issue and never proceeding in giving me a clear answer to my problem. So no, you’re not off the hook yet.
