I left my studio once today just to a McDonald’s down the street for two cheeseburgers. When I got back to my studio I ate one and then took a bite into the other and realized there wasn’t any meat. Just bread and cheese. @McDonalds not cool.

There’s a really amazing interview on EMDR therapy on @marcmaron @WTFpod . I had to do it to get through some ptsd stuff this past year and it worked. Thanks Maron for putting that out there. PTSD is no joke. #anxiety #PTSD #marcmaron
