🚨 Attention Stakeholders! 🚨 📢 Ministry of Corporate Affairs, via Notification No. G.S.R. 794 (E) dated 31st December, 2024: The date for filing Form CSR-2 for the financial year 2023-24 has been extended to *31st March 2025*! 🗓
ROC Compliance Calender (2024-25)
As per FEMA 1999, all entities which have received FDI and/or made FDI abroad (i.e. ODI) in the previous year(s) including the current year and have outstanding FDI and/or ODI in their balance sheet as on the end of the latest financial year, should file the annual return July 15
Stakeholder may please note that last date for filing of DPT-3 form for the F.Y. 2022-23 without paying additional fee is 31st July 2023. Kindly complete your filing without postponing it to the last day.

As per the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Amendment Rules, Companies having deposits or other than deposits have to compulsorily file the deposit return in E-form DPT-3 within 90 days from the end of Financial Year 2021-22. Last date is 30th June 2022.
AGM/EGM can be conducted through VC till 31.12.2022

ROC Update__In case of a company being incorporated as a Nidhi, the declaration by the central government shall be obtained by the Nidhi Company and a declaration in this behalf shall be submitted as a mandatory attachments in form INC-20A.
