If Infosys blunders (IT Portal) = punish assessee (late fees) If Supplier errs (GST return) = punish Recipient (No ITC) If AO errs (assessment) = punish assessee (forceful collection even if appeal pending) If tax payer errs (wrong claim) = arrest CA Fairness in governance?

Suggestions for simplification of GST @cbic_india @PMOIndia 1. Allow Revision in Gstr 3B & R1 2. Seamless ITC, remove 16(4), 16(2)aa, 36(4), 86A and 86B. 3. Remove GSTR 2B 4. GST Amnesty with ITC 5. Cap late fees at 500. 6. Max Intt upto 9% 7. Single return instead of 3B/1 etc.

21 को वेबसाइट नही चली 22 को वेबसाइट आधी अधूरी चली 23 को शनिवार बैंक बन्द टेक्स जमा नही हो सकता 24 को रविवार बैंक बन्द टेक्स जमा नही हो सकता 25 से लेट फीस वसुली चालू आखिर क्यों तारीख नही बढ़नी चाहिए @cbic_india @Infosys_GSTN @GST_Council

अब 20 नही 10%ही मिलेगी #AdhocITC!! सरकार चाहती है व्यापार- उधोग तो #अरबपतियों को करने दो, छोटे व्यापारी तो बस #घनचक्कर से घुमे जाओ!! 30महीने #GST से बर्बादी के! चाणक्य का कथन- #राजा_को_गृहस्थी_होना चाहिये वाले कथन को शायद देश समझ व महसुस कर रहा है!!
