@launchwhasmik 12 hours sitting is no joke 😅 I'm building apps alongside my full-time job, so I get how easily hours disappear. One thing I'd suggest is getting up for 5 mins every hour, even if it's just walking around the room 😂 That evening walk sounds like a good habit too!
