@AHS_Warranty is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. My hvac has been out since June 30 and I have not spoken to one hvac company. They refuse to connect me w a supervisor after 72 hours of requesting one! Maybe we will have air conditioning by August.

@AHS_Warranty If I do not have a phone call from someone at your company tomorrow morning w news on how you will fix this every news station in Richmond VA will be notified. I’ll also be in touch w/ the BBB. No A/C for ten days is downright dangerous and you all could care less. @NBC12

@AHS_Warranty Hello you have gone silent on me. I need you to do your jobget someone to my house. As I type this I’ve also been on hold for 45 minutes calling you because you said someone would call me back in 4 hours. How many times will you lie to your customers? @NBC12 tagging again

@AHS_Warranty It’s very bad. Especially for my 14-15 year old dog and my three year old daughter. I asked to speak w a supervisor 72 hours ago and was told that would happen within two hours. I still have not had a conversation.

@NBC12 we have a very old dog and a young child and they don’t seem to care. I was told 3 days ago I could speak to a supervisor within 2 hours and it still hasn’t happened. This warranty company has us trapped!
