@scottish_water are there issues in the Musselburgh area? Seems to be very low water pressure.

@ScotRail Your passengers also deserve the right to be treated as humans and not animals.

@ScotRail so disappointed with your platform staff at Glasgow Queen St. No manners, no care or understanding given. I feel ashamed to be Scottish and it’s a shame that visitors to this country are faced with staff like this. Merry Christmas to you cos you’ve ruined our night.

@StarbucksUK little bit disappointed that I wasn’t allowed a cup or ice for my “cold” drink that wasn’t cold. Ice only for purchased iced beverages 🙄

@waitrose I did ask him if everything was ok but he didn’t respond and on my way out you’d be able to see I stopped by the customer service desk for a few mins but nobody was there. It was just an awful experience. I’ve never been made to feel like a criminal before. I won’t be back.

@waitrose extremely disappointed with my experience in your Ruislip store tonight. I called in to pick up some shopping for dinner and was followed round the store by your security guard. Every aisle I turned into he would stand and stare and even stood beside me while I paid.

@waitrose I understand but there was absolutely nothing routine about this. I was followed round the store in an intimidating manor and then to stand beside me whilst I used the self service was the final push.

Someone pinch me. Did I actually see @wecomefromaway on Broadway, my first ever Broadway show and did I actually get to witness the utterly breathtaking @racheltucker1 perform once again?! This is when I love my job! #dreamcometrue
