@NiqisLucky 你的猜想是错误的。DAO和公司制都是组织形式。公司默认决策是私有的，只属于少数高层，决策参与的公开程度低且相对固定。而DAO的决策公开程度是可以调节的。所以决策参与公开程度看，公司制是DAO的一个特例。所以推主的意思是学习公司制这个例子有助于理解DAO。直接上手过于抽象。
